Join the ACPC Chief Patent Counsel community for three days of in-person professional programming, networking, and social activities. The meeting will be held at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve Hotel (Marriott) on January 25-28, 2026. The Program Committee, led by Lori Heinrichs, is developing a professional program with substantive presentations and interactive discussions balanced with opportunities to network and connect with colleagues. ACPC Registration information: Registration is necessary to access the Winter Meeting.

Registration Rates: 

       Member* - $1,500

       Approved Member Alternate* - $1,500

       Prospective Member* - $1,500

       Invited Speaker* -  $2,500 (plus required sponsorship opportunities provided to all speakers)

       *Above registration fees include: 

              Sunday Welcome Reception

              Monday Breakfast and Reception

Monday - Disney Epcot Park Ticket (1 PM - Close)

Tuesday Breakfast, Lunch, Reception & Dinner

              Wednesday Breakfast

               
Spouse / Guest Registration Rates:

              Sunday Reception - $150

              Monday Reception - $150

              Tuesday Reception/Dinner - $225


Cancellation Policy: 
A full refund will be made if registration is canceled, in writing, on or before January 12, 2026. After January 12, no refunds will be given for cancellations or no shows.

Monday Evening Reception:
The evening reception on Monday will be at Epcot. ACPC will be purchasing a 1 PM to close ticket for all paid attendees to access the park for the reception and firework display after the reception. Since the tickets start at 1 PM we are scheduling free time Monday afternoon for attendees to network and take advantage of access to the park. The reception will be outside (weather permitting).
