Join the ACPC Chief Patent Counsel community for two days of in-person professional programming, networking, and social activities. The meeting will be held at the Four Seasons Atlanta on June 23-25, 2025. The Program Committee, led by Lori Heinrichs, has developed a professional program with substantive presentations, interactive discussions, and opportunities to network and connect with colleagues. ACPC Registration information: Registration is necessary to access the Summer Meeting.

Registration Rates: 

       Member* - $1,250

       Approved Member Alternate* - $1,250

       Prospective Member* - $1,250

       Speaker / Non-Member* -  $1,250

       *Above registration fees include: 

               Monday Welcome Reception

               Tuesday Breakfast, Lunch, Reception and Dinner

               Wednesday Breakfast, Lunch and Reception

               Tuesday Afternoon Optional Activity

Spouse / Guest Registration Rates:

               Monday Reception - $100

               Tuesday Reception/Dinner - $150

Registration is required for optional activities (included in $1,250 registration fee). Both activities will happen simultaneously on Tuesday afternoon. Please select ONE: 

Tuesday Offsite Activity #1 – Self-guided Tour of Georgia Aquarium. A Behind the Scenes Tour is also available  for first 36 registered. (2:30-5:30 PM)

Tuesday Offsite Activity #2 – Self-guided Tour of the World of Coca-Cola Museum. (2:30-5:30 PM)

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be made if registration is canceled, in writing, on or before June 13, 2025. After June 13, no refunds will be given for cancellations or no shows.

Georgia Aquarium Tour:
Enjoy a self-guided tour of the aquarium. General admission includes all exhibits and available shows. 

The first 36 registered will also be able to experience a Behind the Seas Tour. You’ll see the topsides of the most popular exhibits and learn how Georgia Aquarium plays an important role in research and conservation around the world. On this tour, you will experience an exclusive view of Tropical Diver, one of the world's largest living reef displays.  You will also get to go to the top of the biggest exhibit in the world, Ocean Voyager which holds 6.5 million gallons water and home the mysterious Whale Sharks and Manta Rays.

    

World of Coca-Cola Tour: 
Explore the fascinating story of The Coca-Cola Company in an engaging walk through history. Visit the Loft and immerse yourself in the rich heritage with artifacts from yesterday to today. Step into The Vault, where one of the most closely guarded secrets in history is protected - the legendary Coca-Cola formula.
